A Brief Word on Teamwork
We’ve all heard the quotes and the cliches, and they happen to be true. “Teamwork makes the dream work.” “If I have seen further, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.” “TEAM stands for, Together, Everyone Achieves More.”

At Strottner Designs, there is no way we could accomplish all that we do without teamwork, and that has been proven true and truly tested in 2022. We offer many services, across multiple disciplines, and each member of our team can help the other. This means that when we get busy, we have backup…if someone wants a vacation, we have talent to step in and make sure that work continues…and if a team members goes through personal loss, like the death of a family member, everyone else is there to step up and share their burden. This spring has been a challenging time for many businesses, including ours, as we navigate a complicated economy, personal loss, and an uncertain future. We’re grateful to our team, and the other teams that we’re a part of.

When it comes to our clients, we view ourselves as part of your team as well, by helping you outsource a significant part of your marketing needs. We bring a group to you for less than the cost of hiring an individual, with the goal of contributing to your long term success and growth. Our business is not transactional, it is based upon relationships, we have clients that have been with us since we opened our doors in 2002, before Patrick could legally rent a car.

Further down in this letter we’re going to discuss other teams we’re part of, as new sponsors of the SA Film Festival and, through Strottner Gives Back, The Heart Smiles.
